Effiica provides bookkeeping, tax support, reporting, and related financial services. Scope and deliverables will be defined in individual agreements.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information

• Respond to requests in a timely manner

• Comply with applicable laws and regulations

Fees & Payments

• Fees will be agreed upon before engagement

• Payments must be made as per agreed terms

• Delays may affect service delivery

Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information and expect the same from clients regarding our processes and materials.

Limitation of Liability

Effiica shall not be liable for:

• Errors due to incorrect or incomplete client-provided data

• Indirect or consequential losses

Termination

Either party may terminate services with prior notice as per agreement terms.

Intellectual Property

All materials, reports, and processes developed by Effiica remain its intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
